Content Agents

Your audience is already talking. Now you can hear them.

AI builds a real profile of who reads you — then monitors the communities where they ask questions, scores every conversation, and turns the strongest signals into article opportunities.

From guessing

Most editorial teams write for an audience they have never actually profiled. Audience Intelligence replaces the guess with structure — and keeps it fresh with live community signals.

What it looks at

Guesswork vs. listening.

With Audience Intelligence

How it works

  1. Discover your audience — One click. The AI reads your brand context and produces topic pillars, a persona summary, pain phrases, and a community roster — saved to your workspace.
  2. Listen continuously — Your communities sync automatically — top posts every morning, rising posts throughout the day — and every thread is scored against your brand.
  3. Act on the signals — Engage from scored opportunity cards, run Reddit Radar on any article, and review the weekly digest that pushes the strongest themes into your content plan.

Included in every plan.

Audience Intelligence, Market Listening, Reddit Radar, and the weekly digest are part of the platform — not an add-on or a per-seat research tool.

Know who you’re reaching.

Run one discovery and your next article starts from a real audience — not a hunch.

Frequently asked questions

How is this different from searching communities myself?

Manual search is one-off and unfocused — hundreds of posts, most irrelevant. Audience Intelligence runs continuously: it fetches new posts every few hours, scores each one against your brand context, enriches the strong matches with comment analysis and a drafted reply, and surfaces only the conversations worth your time. And because it starts from a generated audience profile rather than a keyword list, the communities it monitors are chosen for fit, not popularity.

What does setup involve?

Almost nothing — there is nothing to install. The one prerequisite is a reasonably complete brand context: site name, niche, and a description. Then click Discover my audience and the AI generates your profile and subscribes you to the recommended community roster in one run. A guided wizard also lets you add or remove communities and save seeds for other platforms.

Does it post replies automatically?

No. The platform identifies opportunities and drafts reply hooks, but every reply is reviewed and edited by you before it goes anywhere. Nothing reaches a community unreviewed by default — you stay in control of your brand’s voice in every thread.

What do we actually get out of it week to week?

Three compounding outputs: sharper editorial direction (writers share one picture of the reader, so drafts need fewer editing cycles), pre-warmed distribution (each article ships with a list of live threads where it genuinely helps), and a standing pipeline of validated topics — the weekly digest converts real audience signals into content plan suggestions instead of leaving ideation to a blank page.

Our positioning changed — is the profile stale now?

Re-run Discover. It regenerates all four outputs — pillars, persona, pain phrases, and the community roster — from your updated brand context, overwriting the old values. Teams typically refresh after a pivot or on a quarterly cadence. Agencies can do this per brand, since every workspace keeps its own profile and roster.
