Content Agents

Generic AI writes what everyone knows. Yours should cite what only you know.

Upload your research, product docs, and proprietary frameworks once. Every article, idea, and enrichment draws on them automatically — so your content says things competitors cannot copy.

Your knowledge base.

Every brand has knowledge the internet does not. Brand Data is where it lives — and the pipe that gets it into everything you publish.

What it looks at

Content from the internet vs. content from your knowledge.

AI without your data

With Brand Data

How it works

  1. Upload your sources — PDFs, text, and Markdown files — plus monitored URLs and quick notes. Product specs, research reports, survey data, positioning docs.
  2. Regenerate context — One click reads every source and builds the combined knowledge snapshot your content agents will draw on.
  3. Every agent reads it — Article writing, content ideas, inline quotes, and batch enrichment all use your material automatically. No further configuration.

Included in every plan.

Brand Data is part of the content engine, not an enterprise upsell. Every workspace gets its own library, wired into every agent.

Publish what only you know.

Upload your first documents, regenerate the context, and watch your next draft cite your own data.

Frequently asked questions

How is this different from pasting documents into a chat prompt?

Pasting covers one conversation in one tool. Brand Data is persistent infrastructure: your sources are digested once into a knowledge snapshot, and every generation path — article drafts, content ideas, inline enrichment, batch sourcing — reads it automatically from then on. A document you upload today grounds a draft your team generates months from now, with nobody re-pasting anything.

What does setup involve?

Open the Brand Data page, upload your files (PDF, text, or Markdown), optionally add monitored URLs and notes, and click Regenerate context. That single step builds the snapshot; from that moment the Brand Data options light up across the editor and every agent has access. There is no fine-tuning, no vector-database project, no integration work.

How do I know the AI is not making up quotes from our material?

The quote features are strictly retrieval-based: the Brand Data pill and batch enrichment only surface passages that exist in your uploaded content, inserted as blockquotes with a Brand Data source label. If no relevant passage exists, the agent returns nothing or says so directly. And batch enrichments always pass through a review drawer — a human approves every passage before it enters the article.

What is the payoff for a content program?

Differentiation. Content written from public knowledge is a commodity — anyone with the same tools produces the same articles. Content that cites your proprietary research, your product data, and your frameworks is content only you can publish. Brand Data turns material that was sitting unread in internal folders into the substance of everything you ship.

Which organisations get the most from this?

Companies with real proprietary knowledge: original research and survey data, deep product documentation, an in-house methodology, regulated-industry expertise. If your subject-matter experts keep saying "our content does not reflect what we actually know," Brand Data is the missing pipe between what the organisation knows and what it publishes.
