Content Agents

Brand setup used to be a workshop. Now it’s a URL.

Paste any website address. AI extracts the voice, colors, logo, and positioning — then writes your voice guidelines, article structures, newsletter templates, and social formats in one pass.

One URL in.

Everything the platform needs to write like your brand — extracted from the place your brand already lives: your website.

What it looks at

Two ways to onboard a brand.

The manual way

With Brand from URL

How it works

  1. Paste a URL — Your site, or any public page. The AI scrapes it and extracts brand signals: voice tone, color palette, logo, mission, ideal customer profile, and USPs.
  2. Review and confirm — The extracted analysis appears on one screen. Correct anything that looks off — nothing is written to your workspace until you confirm.
  3. Generate everything — One pass writes voice guidelines, article structures, newsletter templates, and social formats. Optionally generate a matching site theme too.

Included in every plan.

Brand from URL is the front door of the platform, not a premium onboarding service. Every workspace can run it — and re-run it — at no extra cost.

Set up in minutes, not workshops.

Paste one URL. Walk away with a workspace that already knows your voice.

Frequently asked questions

How is this different from filling in the settings myself?

Nothing stops you from configuring everything by hand — voice, structures, templates, theme — across a dozen settings screens. Brand from URL does the same work in one guided pass, grounded in what your website already says about you, and every output lands in the same editable settings. You are not locked into the result; you are skipping the blank-page phase of it.

What do I need before running it?

A publicly accessible URL — that is the whole prerequisite. It does not have to be a homepage; a content-rich page like an About page or blog index gives the AI more text to work with and produces a sharper analysis. Sites behind a login wall can’t be read, so use a public marketing page instead.

What if the AI gets my brand wrong?

You catch it before anything is written. The wizard shows the extracted voice tone, palette, positioning, and logo for review, and you correct them before confirming. After generation, every output is a normal setting — voice guidelines, structures, templates, and theme are all editable. One caution: re-running Generate replaces existing structures, so back up hand-crafted ones first.

We’re an agency — does this scale across clients?

That is the core use case. Each client workspace gets its own run: paste the client’s URL, review, generate, and the workspace writes in that client’s voice with that client’s templates and theme. The wizard is not locked to the workspace’s own domain either, so you can extract from any public site and adapt from there.

What if we don’t have a website yet?

Point the wizard at a market leader in your space. It extracts their positioning and content structure as a starting template, then you edit the voice guidelines in Settings to differentiate your own angle. The generated structures are outlines, not copies — they give you a working scaffold on day one instead of an empty workspace.
