Replies where you publish. Not another mailbox.
Newsletter replies, reader feedback, and partnership pitches land in one editorial inbox — next to your articles, sends, and PR. Keep personal mail in Gmail. Route brand@ traffic here.
Your domain.
Point MX once. Every address on your site — newsletter, hello, legal — flows into a single queue with unread counts, HTML rendering, AI reply drafts, and sender-picked replies.
- Catch-all on your custom domain — Readers reply to newsletter@, hello@, or legal@ — you see it all in one list. No per-address forwarding rules when you are the whole marketing team.
- AI reply drafts in your brand voice — One click drafts a thoughtful reply using your brand voice settings. Edit before sending — faster than staring at a blank compose box.
- Reply as the address they wrote to — Send from the same inbox that received the message, or pick team@ / newsletter@ from a dropdown. Reply-To keeps threads correct.
- Newsletter replies stay with publishing — Subscriber questions, collab pitches, and sponsor inquiries sit next to your drafts and analytics — not buried three labels deep in personal Gmail.
- Bring Gmail traffic in — Keep using Gmail for personal mail. Forward brand conversations with a one-click capture address and filter template — no OAuth required.
- Public contact addresses that work — Privacy, terms, and contact pages can show legal@ and hello@ on your domain. Mail arrives in the app instead of bouncing to a registrar forwarder.
What it looks at
- Inbound routing — MX → SendGrid Inbound Parse → your tenant inbox. Any local part on your apex domain is accepted.
- Gmail capture — Unique inbox-{token}@inbound address plus a copy-paste Gmail filter — forward brand mail without changing MX.
- Reply composer — HTML body view, AI draft button, sender dropdown, and one-click send with Reply-To pinned to the original inbox address.
- Out of office — Auto-reply when you are away — set a message in Settings and every new inbound gets a professional holding reply.
Editorial inbox, not email hosting.
Traditional business email
- Separate webmail app or per-mailbox pricing
- Disconnected from your blog and newsletter
- Another subscription to manage
- IMAP setup and storage limits
Content Agents Brand Inbox
- Catch-all on your domain — no mailbox math
- Reply beside drafts, analytics, and sends
- Included with your publishing stack
- AI drafts in your brand voice
How it works
- Reader replies — A subscriber hits reply on your newsletter or emails [email protected].
- Lands in inbox — MX routes to Content Agents. Unread badge appears in the editor sidebar.
- Draft & send — AI drafts a reply in your voice. Pick team@ or newsletter@ as sender.
- Stay in flow — No tab-hopping to Gmail. Publishing and conversations in one workspace.
Included with Content Agents
Brand Inbox ships with your publishing stack — site, newsletter, and editorial tools. No per-mailbox fee, no separate email hosting plan.
Replies where you publish.
Connect your domain once. Every reader email lands beside your content — read, draft, and answer without leaving the editor.
Frequently asked questions
Is this a replacement for Gmail?
No — and that is intentional. Keep personal mail in Gmail. Brand Inbox is for traffic tied to your site and newsletter: reader replies, partnership pitches, and public contact addresses on your domain.
Do I need a separate email plan?
No. Brand Inbox is included with Content Agents when you connect a custom domain. Domain onboarding guides you through MX and DKIM setup — no SendGrid dashboard required.
Can I still use Google Workspace or another host for other mailboxes?
Yes. Many solopreneurs keep hello@ in Gmail and forward brand conversations to Content Agents using the Gmail capture address. Or point MX for the addresses you want in the editor.
How is this different from Gmail forwarding?
Forwarding scatters context: replies live in personal mail, disconnected from your articles and campaigns. Content Agents stores messages beside your editorial work, tracks read state, threads conversations, and lets you reply from brand addresses with deliverability already configured.
Do I need to create every email address before mail arrives?
No. Enable catch-all and any address @yourdomain routes in — legal@, partnerships@, whatever you put on your site. You can still register named mailboxes when you want labels in the list.
Can I reply from newsletter@ if they emailed hello@?
Yes. The Send from dropdown lists the receiving address, your team and newsletter identities, and registered mailboxes. Reply-To stays on the original inbox address so the conversation threads correctly.
