Turn every article into a polished audio episode in your author's own voice.
Generate persona-driven audio briefings from any article — single narrator or two-host dialogue. ElevenLabs-quality voices, MP3 in seconds, published to your own RSS feed and ready for Spotify and Apple Podcasts.
A full podcast pipeline,
No recording booth. No audio editor. No scheduling. Your articles go from text to publishable MP3 before your coffee gets cold.
- Persona-driven narration — The audio player displays your author's name — "Listen to Sarah explain this" — so listeners build a real connection with the voice behind the content.
- Two-host dialogue mode — Generate a natural back-and-forth conversation between two AI hosts instead of a single narrator — higher engagement, longer listen time.
- One-click generation — Click "Generate episode" in the editor sidebar. The AI writes the script, synthesizes speech segment-by-segment, and stitches the MP3 — no manual steps.
- A real RSS feed, on your own domain — Every published episode lands in your show's RSS feed at yourdomain.com/podcast.xml — cover art, show description, and episode metadata included. Check the feed and grab the submission links for Spotify and Apple Podcasts straight from Settings → Podcast.
- A public player page for every episode — Each episode gets its own /listen page with a full-featured player — play/pause, seek bar, duration, share menu, and "Listen on" buttons for Spotify and Apple Podcasts once your show is live. Plus an embeddable player you can drop into any site.
- Or skip submission — join the network — Don't want to run your own show yet? Opt in to the Content Agents podcast network and your episodes join a shared feed that is already live on Spotify — no per-show submission, no cover art requirements. Switch to your own channel whenever you're ready.
What it looks at
- Script generation — AI rewrites the article as a natural spoken-word script — removes jargon, adds verbal transitions, and paces for audio.
- Voice synthesis — ElevenLabs high-fidelity TTS. Custom voice cloning available. Segment-by-segment synthesis prevents decoder artifacts.
- Show genesis — AI writes your show identity in one pass — title, description, category, and intro/outro scripts — so the feed is submission-ready from day one.
- Distribution — Per-tenant RSS feed at /podcast.xml · Spotify and Apple Podcasts submission from Settings · Content Agents network as a zero-setup alternative · public /listen pages and an embeddable player.

Frequently asked questions
How is this different from a basic text-to-speech converter?
Basic TTS reads your article verbatim — headers, bullet points, HTML artifacts and all. Podcast Studio first rewrites the content as a proper spoken-word script: it removes formatting, adds verbal transitions ("coming up next"), adjusts pace, and optionally generates a two-host dialogue. The result sounds like a produced podcast, not a screen reader.
Do I need to set up any audio software or recording equipment?
No. The entire pipeline runs server-side. You click "Generate episode" in the editor sidebar — the AI writes the script, ElevenLabs synthesises the speech, and the MP3 is published to your article page automatically. No DAW, no Audacity, no microphone.
Can I control the voice that narrates my articles?
Yes. Each author profile can have its own ElevenLabs voice assigned. You pick from the ElevenLabs voice library or bring a custom cloned voice. Once assigned, every article by that author uses that voice — the player displays the author's name so listeners associate the voice with a real person.
How do I measure whether people are actually listening?
Your /podcasts page shows all episodes with duration and publish date. For deeper analytics, the audio player fires standard HTML5 media events that your GA4 integration already tracks — play, pause, and completion. You can build a custom GA4 event report in minutes without any extra setup.
What happens to the audio when I update the article text?
The audio file is not automatically re-generated when you edit the article — it stays as a snapshot of the version that was generated. You can trigger a re-generation from the editor sidebar at any time to produce a fresh episode from the updated text.
How do I get my show onto Spotify and Apple Podcasts?
Your show already has an RSS feed at yourdomain.com/podcast.xml with every published episode. In Settings → Podcast, run the feed check, then claim the feed once on Spotify for Creators and Apple Podcasts Connect — both platforms require a one-time manual claim. Paste the resulting show URLs back into Settings and "Listen on" buttons appear on your episode players automatically. Prefer zero setup? Opt in to the Content Agents network instead and your episodes join a shared feed that is already live on Spotify.
Do I have to write the show title, description, and intro myself?
No. Show genesis generates the whole show identity for you — title, description, category, and intro/outro scripts — based on your brand. You can edit any of it in Settings → Podcast before submitting the feed.
Can listeners play episodes outside my site?
Yes. Every episode gets a public player page at /listen/[episode] with a share menu, and an embeddable player you can drop into any other site with a snippet of HTML. Once your show is live on Spotify or Apple Podcasts, those platforms carry the episodes too.
